This seems like a silly question, but the fuse box cover doesn’t clip onto anything, and I don’t know what I could be missing. The original (I’m guessing?) one was taped in place, so I ordered a new one figuring it was broken. The new one has the same issue, though. It fits inside the recess and has excessive room on all sides, so it’s too small in other words, and I don’t see any alternatives on the parts sites. It’s a ‘75, btw.
Thanks for any input! Dan Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() |

Might not speak to your issue, but I always find that the cover goes on upside-down from what would seem correct.

The first repro cover I got barely stayed in place. The next one was better.
