The parts catalog indicates there are quantity 4 pivot washers (914-750-191-10), so 2 per side. One goes between the push rod and the circlip. Where does the other one go? Thank you.

I think the other one goes on the other end of the lift bar that attaches to the brass pin that attaches to the headlight frame.
