Wow, that means if "I" am color blind, then the color I actually don't like is GREEN. I'd have to start a whole new thread...!!!...***...!!!

My favored colors have definitely changed with time. My first 914 in 1981 was Adriatic blue and I couldn’t wait to paint it white, then I had a tangerine, but never really loved the color. Then in 1985 I picked up a Bahia red 914 and repainted it Guards red, and loved it. My next 914 was a Nepal orange 1976 that I painted Signal orange and loved it in 1993. I then had a Tangerine 71 that I loved in 2000.

I built my next teener in 2006 and wanted nothing more than a Silver 914. I started with a factory silver car and painted it Carrara GT silver. Now with my current 914, which was originally Signal orange, I went with a non-factory beige color……go figure! All that said, I’d love to come full circle and build a beautiful Adriatic blue teener. The difference in taste between a 19 yr old me and a 64 yr old me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I have always had a thing for white. And had 3 white vehicles by choice.

Of course, my current 914 project just called for yellow.

As for red, I had only one that stayed red (the classic 944). Two others arrived red but soon changed.
