Which gaskets are needed for the area @ the runners and the head, on a 1.7L w/ single carb ?

There was 8 individual metal gaskets when I removed the runners (single carb). Those may be correct I don't know, but they'll need to be replaced - I see generic type 4 gaskets in single (large) paper gaskets and these single metal ones. Does one type tend to be better than the other? - both are not needed I presume?

I'm gonna put the single carb back on for a while then move to dual 40idf after a couple months probably. Which are best for that set up, if different?

Those alloy gaskets are from the T4 carbed bus engines ,they are fine but one use only as they are crush gaskets ,cheers.
