I was having some PPI work done before I bought the car, it didn't run. One cold morning my mechanic said the front cooler had a cold start high pressure blow out. Made a huge mess. That is why I have a different one from the early pics. I wonder if that is from the trapped air.

You should have a temp controlled oil cooler bypass in the system.
