PMO fuel pressure regulator. With the barbed nipples it is 8mm for all of them including the one for the stock size 9.5mm supply line. The AN6 fittings are 9.5. How did you get around this? This one has 8mm supply feeding two 8mm nipples to the carbs. Am I missing something, do they all need to be one size? I ve been all over town trying to find a 9.5 barbed fitting with no luck. I’d call PMO but I could only find a fax number. A little help would be great. Thanks

Yeah Shivers... I just hit this problem a few days ago. I have the same set up. In a pinch, I bought a male to male 3/8" barbed union and reduced the hose to a 5/16" just before the inlet side of my PMO regulator. This seemed to work and it certainly eliminated the leak I had when using the 3/8" hose directly. If the inlet barb could be increased in size, that would be the better solution for sure.

From what I understand, 5/16" = 8mm and 3/8" = 9.5mm

UPDATE: Amazon has the correct unions for a better reduction. Perhaps the inlet can be had as well. What's the threaded size of the inlet barb fitting?

I was actually hoping someone here would know It's not pipe thread, I think it is metric but otherwise I'm clueless. Thanks for the leak tip. I have some good pipe dope for the threads

They make that part with AN fittings… I’d bet you can remove the barb fitting and fit a proper AN sized to your liking…

I went the AN route. No leaks after ~12 years (knock on wood).

I ordered one of these, I hope it fits. I ID’d the threads the best I could. It will be here tomorrow, I’ll let you know if it will work.
