I think it was within the last 30 days, definitely within the last 90. There was a thread about a V8 (I'm pretty sure) 914 on ebay with custom body work and pretty wild paint. The builder (not the seller) might have been something like "Cars by Bobby"??? (yeah I'm really reaching here).

Anybody know what I'm talking about. I meant to download the pictures but I can't seem to find them and searching 20 pages of search results yielded nuttin'.

Tanks for any help.

While this isn't a 914 based car, I have always thought a 914 could easily be modified to this look. Windshield, top, etc seem very familiar to a 914 owner. By the way, the car is a Darrian. Mid-engined watercooled beast.
