Spam is our friend....the quintessential Hawaiian treat....the LOCO MOCO...2 scoops rice, spam, hamburger patty covered with a fried egg and gravy....mmmmmmmmm, it's gotta be bad for you....but it tastes GOOD! Although my personal fav is Portugese sausage, eggs and 2 scoop rice...with a side of macaroni salad and lomi lomi....now that is a breakfast.....
