there are more than 30# of ribs in that second pic.

grill surface is 18"x36"

i had no idea how much i was going to have to get done. at least all i need to do is get a nice dry rub, smoke and partial cook done. will finish on the grill friday.

i could eat bbq everyday until i throw a clot and tip over. i sure do love the stuff.....

and that's about 8# of pork shoulder for the ECC!!!!!!

i will need a note from your cardiologist before you can have any!!!!

well i am bring soda and about 5 lbs of hot dogs, and 5 lbs of chicken. unlike scott i am too lazy to cook it until saturday on site... cold hot dogs suck
