i'm running the 180lbs right now, and they're not heavy enough.
plus, i'm going to install a set of muellers roller bearings, which will take 20-30 lbs of the effective spring rate.

so 250lbs should put me exactly where i want to be.
which is where i can actually use the front sway bar for finetuning as opposed to having to run it on full soft all the time ...

Andy,

You gonna run the tracks next year too?

It would be great to get us all out there representing the 914Club!

Actually, I think several of you will be kicking my butt at the beginning of next year....

I took a look at the car build and I'm beginning to think we won't be ready for the start of the year! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

I've learned to handicap what time estimates are given me and when I use the factors I get March for the car being ready...

Pretty discouraging occasionally.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif)

I need a beer... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/givemebeer.gif)

Heh, that's exactly what I thought. A/R bar is still in the same place with 300s in back. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)
Maybe you'll have better luck.

If you had of said something, I would have loaned you a pair of 250s to try. I have a set of 275s if you wanna try more.
I'm not going over the 300s. I'll soften the front.
Anybody got some 19-20mm T-bars in 914 spline F/S?

Dang Andy,

You are not fooling around. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif)

Did you already have a full 911 front end? torsions and calipers?
