My wife is a medical evacuation flight nurse in Seattle. She just received news that one of their helicopters with a crew of three is overdue and missing.

The Coast Guard and local authorities are conducting a search.

Positive thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much.

Eddie

Thank you very, very much for all your positive thoughts, well wishes and prayers.

Good news and bad news.

Good (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) My wife was not working last night at her job as medical evacuation flight nurse with Airlift Northwest in Seattle, Washington.

Bad (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif) An Airlift Northwest helicopter crashed last night about 9:15PM killing all three crew members on board.

Early indications point toward midair mechanical failure. Witnesses reported hearing the helicopter pass overhead not sounding normal followed shortly by the sound of an explosion.

Thanks again for your positive thoughts.

My warm wishes and prayers go out to the families and friends of the crew.
