Before worrying about the starter, get the battery fully charged. I think you are getting there.
When one or more signal bulbs are burned out the flasher will not flash. Back-up lights always on is probably related to the switch. It is the one on the side of the tranny with two wires (unless you haven't plugged the wires into the switch and they are touching each other). Let's get the car running and worry about the lights later. |
