American Racing "lemans" wheels USE THE LUGS PICTURED ABOVE. a FLAT SEAT.

OE porsche and VW wheels use a BALL seat, NOT a CONICAL seat.

The wheels that came on the '74 parts car I got months ago has lugs like that. I wondered if they were specific to the brand of wheels. They're a mesh style, somewhat like the old BBS style. You can see them on the car on the right in this picture:
