I'm trying to start a new thread, that would include some pictures.
I keep getting the following: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\InetPub\www.914world.com\bbs2\index.php on line 6 WaSup? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

more than likely the pic is too big. See if you can reduce it before posting.

If you dont have any of the one's Seanery meantioned, this one is free. onced you download it, open you pic, click "resize/resample" in the "image" flip down, and choose about 600 or so for the width, and the length will do itself automaticly. then save it as a Jpeg, or NOT Gif, and there you go!.. |

QUOTE(Andyrew @ Aug 14 2003, 09:50 PM) then save it as a Jpeg, or Gif, and there you go!.. no, no GIF please ... gif is only 256 colors and used for graphics, not for pictures. save is as a JPG which will give you good compression without loss of quality. size it down to some 400 or 500 pixel in width. make sure it's 72 dpi (which is probably the default on your camera) Andy |

Ah, maybe you're right, but I've been using it for so long and am too lazy to learn Adobe (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) cheers, Jeroen |

I really like TNailer by Smaller Animals Software.
One of the few pieces of shareware that I kept and paid for. It'll uniformly reduce pics, and also do HTML pages full of your pics, with links to the source images. Lots of features - very easy to use. -Rusty (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif) |
