THE BOLT THAT GOES THRU THE HINGE TO BODY,/ BOLT HAS A SLEEVE ON THE BOLT/ SO IT CAN PIVIT. MINE HAS ALOT OF PLAY, THE HOODS NOT ON YET, AND I GOT 9 BOXS OF PARTS IF NOT MORE,? IS THIS NORMAL,CANT REMEMBER. OR IS THERE A SPECIAL SHIM? PLAY=1/8 ''

When I pulled mine out, it didn't have that much play.

It's a 14mm shoulder bolt. There should be no play. Sounds like the shoulder is worn. Ask around... someone probably has some. I don't sorry...

Are you sure it's just the bolt. Maybe the hinge mightbe worn out also.
