Trek,
Unless you have full tread A032Rs, Victoracers, or Toyo R1As I would just leave on the streets. The 710s will get you into trouble if there is even a hint of water on the surface at Laguna. If it rains enough you can get standing water at the apex of turn 11...not a good spot for that. Have fun, be safe. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) |

Thanks, Guys.
I'm putting the streets back on tomorrow...and the wipers...and the water shields (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) I'm packing the 710's, just in case. Ken, are you going? KT |

The last event with TMR will be on Dec18th at Thill.
I'll be there as will Bill P. in his new cat..."Fritz". (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cat.gif) Two run groups, 30 minute sessions all day. You can run in both groups (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/drooley.gif) 7.5 hours for the die hards... KT |

Depending on what the future holds.. I may bring the Boxster up and play. I'm pretty sure we have a tech session that week here at the shop. We will see.

The car came with 17's on it (Hoosiers ASO4's). It's getting aligned right now for slicks. I don't know if I can run rains on it after I have it dialed in for the slicks. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

99% of the rains out there are slicks with grooves cut into them. We actually cut our own with a tire iron (in the past on SCCA Production slicks..like the ones you used to run on the red 914)
What does the GTlight class call for? I *think* our 993 shop car fits GT light accept for the wheels/tires. B |

Let me know what Woods gets for alignments/corner weighting. I'm curious.
We get 3.5 hours for alignment and 2 hours for corner weights @ 95.00 an hour. B |
