Does anyone have a Jeep or Bronco or VW Thing that could be used for an African Theme photo shoot for Macys in Decmeber? Best if located in the Palm Springs area, because that is where the shoot is located.
Let me know what you have and I will get in touch with the requesting party.
Thank you.503-799-5794 or camp914@comcast.com

Won't work, no rhino dents, and a "real" Rover has the spare tire bolted to the engine hood.

Craig,
If you want an african theme you need an old Land Rover.

-Ben M.

ps - Yes, it's "Jeepney", not "Jitney", and for the very best go to Montalban Rizal just North of Manila.

Craig,
I've seen a couple of safari tour jeeps driving around Palm Springs in the past, I wish I could rember their names, however, try this link and see if they might be able to direct you to someone that has a jeep that you might be able to use;

Craig,

contact the Mini Moke club http://clubs.hemmings.com/clubsites/mokeregistry/

Sherry Chandler & her husband run the US club/newsletter (they are in Tahos) but they would know if they have a member in the Palm Springs area.

A search for a Moke was what got me into 914's (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

I can bolt the tire to the hood! No problem! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
And I have some nice dents since I took it off road a few weeks back.
I think they really want a convertable and that could be done also. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sawzall-smiley.gif)

Craig - you might also try posting on the minimania.com message board to see if there is anyone on there with a Moke in the area you need it.
