so the engine is back in
the valve covers are fixed(no more leaks)

and then we decided to change the battery terminal
only the terminal not the wire

i switched over all of the wired screw by screw and they all connect
we only changed the terminal on the + side

the i tightened it back on and its tight so is the ground

i got in the car andturned the key to on but not start and i saw that i had power (oil light came on and little orange light and parking brake light)

so the i turn it to off
then turn to start
it cranks once or twice (i dont exactly relelber)
then dies
and now it wont do anything

earlier today i drove it
before we started to screw with crap

so whats going on?

at this point im lost, again...
