I'm having problems with getting on the net at work. It just started giving me problem out of the blue about two weeks ago. Let me explain.

I'm using Internet Exploxer on MS XP. I'm hooked up to a modem with two others to a high speed line direct to the WWW. No server. The others in my office are fine.

When I open my home page it starts to load than stops. At times it will load than it won't allow me to go to another site.

I've done the following.

1. Changed cables and changed ports on the modem.
2. Deleted file, cookies, history.
3. Tried different home pages.
4. Ran Spybot Search and Destroy.
5. Re-booted a hundred times.
6. Check my settings with others in my office, all the same.

I'm at a loss. Need help. I'm having serious Web posting depression. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif)

Paul,
If you want to call me when you are sitting in front of the computer...I can help you determine the problem.

Do run some updated virus software first...eliminate that variable..

the rest is network related...
