the drivers side hinge on the hood seems to be lacking some of the stregnth of the passenger side ... it seems like I lift the hood and it then the one side droops a bit and seems to be supported butthe other side ...

is theis a spring adjst or a hinge replace ... does it make a differance if the spring is on a different notch than the other side ?
