We are finalizing bids with the aluminum casting and CNC machining companies. The L and R housings are the 2 main parts to our kits and can't be made in house.
Once the production gets started we will have a handle on sales date and pricing. Thx ! Marty |

Glad to see you got a US Patent. Recently, the Patent Office must have given the Patent Examiners some new training on how to apply the KSR court ruling, and they aren't allowing anything to issue unless it has "unexpected" results.
Now they can combine anything from anywhere and make the statement " it would be obvious to one skilled in the art" and kill your patent. Recently ran into a case where they combined a medical device with a piece out of a dam (like the Boulder dam) and said "it would be obvious to one skilled in the medical device arts to combine them". Spent 15 years designing medical devices and never thought about dams having parts in them. You got the Patent, good luck with the sales. Ken |

Ken I actually saw this language in an early declining of my design. I got on the phone with the USPTO examiner and realized what a waste of time it was to do so. Our atty. went into overtime , and after more time/ funds/ waiting, the miracle of U.S. Patent was a reality. Marty |
