Cool!!!

>>i, there. This is Shok Ishida, designing web site of Porsche 914
club JP web and I own 914 '73 with 6cyl. engine.

We are very glad having your contact to our bbs. Our web site is
still under constracting, so you are available a few pictures. Our
CanAm 914 was shipped from your country in 12 years ago. It is called
"SL" meaning "sports limited" in our country.

In our country, 914 is not so popular, contrary to 911's beeing.

To we Japanese it is not so easy to constract English web site,
though we are going to make Enghish page in our site in nearly
future, so we are very glad if you have link to us.

Thank you and sorry for my awful English,

Shok

There you go. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mueba.gif)

If we can establish reliable contact with the Japanese guys, I'm really hoping that they might have information on some interesting conversions with some of the more plentiful engines they have access to over there.

Hey this is a little wierd! I have a Japanese student staying with us right now. I took her for a little ride in my teener & she freaked out! She started saying I have seen this car at home a few times! I forget where she actually is from but HOLY CRAP! I guess I never thought of our beloved 914's going to so many countries! Anyway I just thought it was cool that she may have seen this guys 914. Small world huh (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol3.gif)

Ask them if they have any guitars to trade for 914s. We'll make a fortune.
