I used their spray-on primer/rust neutralizer last summer on my truck bumper. It's holding up well, but winter's not over yet.

I used it on some ballards (4" round steel parking posts) next to my gas meter.
Been on there 5+ years and no sign of rust.
Quite a bit is on the car too.

BTW: Dont use the body fillers or powdercoat from Eastwood. The filler is really old and only half usable when ya get it, and the powdercoat is not meant for anything but show cars.

I have, I used Rust Encapsulator on the floor boards for sealing, there really wasn't any rust there, but I thought it would be good precaution. Yes, it was easy to use, if you don't paint over it, it will change colors. I don't know yet how well it will hold up, everywhere else that it was needed, I used Rust Bullet.
