The wire wheels and the plate holder make me think british, I'm wondering if the split window is custom.

Maybe a late 40s early 50s Rolls Royce or Bentley?

I'm seeing a 1946 or 47 Jag saloon Could be wrong, but the fenders and the backend really resemble one.

Edit: Damn, missed the window

I was going for a Jag Saloon also. Maybe a sunshine saloon or reg saloon but...

the gas cap on the side is a no. The door handles are in the wrong config. Front to the front rear to the rear. Also no bumper.

Hmmmm

Craig... this car modified or stock?

The car is a "manufactured car" it is not a one off modified or a concept car.
