Yup. Spot on. I was 'not' a water drinker. Now it's 80 - 100ozs. per day. Also... I wouldn't get used to calling it a diet. It's just a new way of life and you need to commit to it. It took me a long weekend to make up my mind that I was going to do this and not look back. I hate the 'D' word. |

JK! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) I've dropped 8 pounds already. When I hit 201 I had to take a good hard look at what I've been doing for the last few years. That's gotta stop. I'm shooting for 180 (or under). Skinny people live linger. |

Let's all quit talking about diets and get back to watching Lifetime. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)
Racer Chris' long explanation of what to eat is basically the Sonoma Diet cookbook. I bought it for the recipies, and like I said, I haven't eaten this good unless it was going out every night. OK, back to the garage.... D |
