Good advice Tim, probably as important as any other point offered about a healthy diet.

Yup. Spot on. I was 'not' a water drinker. Now it's 80 - 100ozs. per day.

Also... I wouldn't get used to calling it a diet. It's just a new way of life and you need to commit to it. It took me a long weekend to make up my mind that I was going to do this and not look back. I hate the 'D' word.

JK! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) I've dropped 8 pounds already. When I hit 201 I had to take a good hard look at what I've been doing for the last few years. That's gotta stop. I'm shooting for 180 (or under). Skinny people live linger.

Let's all quit talking about diets and get back to watching Lifetime. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)

Racer Chris' long explanation of what to eat is basically the Sonoma Diet cookbook. I bought it for the recipies, and like I said, I haven't eaten this good unless it was going out every night.

OK, back to the garage....
