Anyone have any ideas on how to remove the passenger side camshaft sprocket nut. The drivers side was not a problem, but the passenger side has an extension shaft on the camshaft so a large socket won't fit. I know the nut is 46 mm but I can't figure out how to remove it. Thanks in advance, John VS
