Lotta those cocoa mats are porous. Lift them up and find all the dirt has worked it's way through and is on the carpet.
Me? I gotta set of 1973 vintage rubber base /carpet insert mats with about 4 years of wear and tear. Rubber is perfect but the carpet rotted. Just need to cut and glue in new carpet. Oughta see the factory carpets under the mats- don't think a foot or dirt or sunlight has ever been on those babies. Ken |

The new coco mats aren't porus - I mean they have a backing that traps the dirt.
