I removed the cover under the engine for the oil strainer, cleaned out all the gunk and put it back on, tightened it carefully to the torque setting specified and now it is leaking.
There was no gasket under the cover - is that correct? How do you make a good tight seal, since you can't simply tighten it right up I believe? Richard |
