Hi all..
I need the MPS/Djet experts again.
I had let this sleeping dog lie for a year, but I'm trying to resurect it again now....

So.. lots of questions, and I think I need an ECU
but I've been diligently testing and reading my print out from the Brad Anders site.....

What is the 051 MPS from?
my mps tests good but has these numbers on it:

(bosche stamped) 0 280 100 041
(VW stamped) 022 906 051 E

my ECU is rusty and has no numbers left on it, no way to tell what it actually is.

the motor is clearly a 75 2.0

brad's site doesn't go into much 1975-6 stuff and as far as I could see makes no mention of the 051 MPS

is this a squareback, bus mps?
and more importantly what # of ECU do I need to buy to make my stupid #@$%@ car run with the MPS I have?

brant
