We can spin them by hand AAron, driving the seals out takes greater force than I would have expected. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/pain30.gif) John (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wavey.gif) P.S. Jim got 'em out and the head is off, photos to follow. P.P.S. We already have found a broken rocker arm. |

I agree with the posts that say to be firm. My heads were the same way and we just beat the crap out of them (with a rubber mallet) until they submitted.

Tettster split tonight with the camera.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/sad.gif) We will shoot some and post tonight later or tomorrow. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif) The piston with the broken rocker arm (directly behind the driver,#1?), intake{edit}, is O.K. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) The head for that same cylinder is STILL WET, after sitting who knows how long. What makes a rocker arm break? Thanks to All, John |
