and I agree with Andy on the $450,000 356,  I see it being worth that nember less 1 zero (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif)

Are you kidding? 45k for a Carrera? You couldnt do a top end on the 4 cammer for that much...

I didnt see the carrera... (blurry in the sign)

Im not a 356 guy anyways, so I wouldnt be able to distinguish it..

That cloth top makes it a six figure car

Elliot, good pix...thx for posting (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
The red 917 was an outstanding clone, the importer ( cars are from Australlia ?) says it was headed for some sorting out, shift linkage etc.
Power is a weber'd 2.4 with a standard front fan. The "Flat " fan on top appeared to be an electric exhaust type fan, and just there for the sake of being there.
I don't think that the kind of money these will be selling for, another $10,000 would be an obstacle for a functioning fan. The Porsche horiz fan is totally bolt-on too (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

The 356 for 450K is appreciating in value everyday. That radiator laden Carrera GT is depreciating and it has a freakin radiator!

Jake, even you would take the Carrera GT on the track... you better confess to that! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Yeah, I'd take it to the track and more than likely crash it on purpose!

I try my best not to even ride in vehicles with radiators, driving them is almost like a sin.
