help me figuring out what oilpump this is ...

i *thought* the engine had a high volume oil pump, but i'm not sure.
the markings are:

Cover Plate:
"VW 3B" and "021.115.109A"

The Pump:
"VW 3C" and "021.115.141A"

is that a stock pump? or do i need to open it up to be sure?
