I got my first TTOD of the season.
I was a full second faster than the second place car, which was a 912.

A GT3 was there with big wide Kuhmo V710's.
I got him by two seconds. He said his car has 380HP and redlines at 8200rpm's. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chowtime.gif)

Rules and classes don't matter for those in the hunt for TTOD. Nice going Trekkor!

I did another kind of racing today. 1/18 scale off road r/c racing. Qualified first and finished first. $200 prize to boot!

Trekkor, was the 912 driven by Bill Newton? That is a very trick 912 if it was him. Sure looks like his dark green car.
Nice job. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

Yes, Bill's car. Gary Bayless' son, Tristan was the driver, though.

About 30 drivers.

Video coming...

Trekkor you were on today! Great driving! Your car looked good on the course too. Thanks again for reminding me about this event. I truly enjoy that little AX course. The guy in the 912 was absolutely flying. He was shifting into 3rd gear going into the slalom and back to second as he was in the gates!

I must have come within a little over a second of that GT3 in my stock MX5 with street tires. The new MX5 was a handful to drive fast but it was nice t0 figure out its at limit handling.

Man it was cold out there today! Snow on the hills and cold wind blowing.

WTG Trekkor!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

You can really see the differnce between the 911 and your car. You really have the car suspension dialed in!
