Looks like the rear rotors haven't been off the car in a bajillion years and I'm having a difficult time removing the countersink screws. I used a lot of PB blaster and it's not really helping. Any suggestions? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

are they a phillips? if so, tried taking a phillips screw driver and tapping at the end w/ a hammer to loosen the screw?

Yep, those can be a bitch if they've rusted up on you. If the head(s) aren't boogered up, the "tapping with a hammer whilst twisting" trick might work. If the head(s) are shot, then you'll have drill the head(s) off to remove the rotor.

Note: When drilling the heads of the screw(s) off, only drill down about 1/8" with a 3/16" drill bit, just enough to remove the head(s) of the screw(s). You don't want to drill down into the thread. Once the head(s) are off, remove the rotor and PB Blaster the hell out of the remaining part(s) of the screw(s) (from both sides of the spindle), let set for awhile, and use an easy-out to remove the remaining bit(s) of the screw(s) that screwed you.
