Nice. Whats the advantage of building an intercooler like that one over buying it? It seems like your time would be worth more. It looks good in any case.

How about a "Foot/Rall" this is the force required to break any fastener or destroy any spark plug theads. My roommate in College just hosed anything he worked on - he even broke a spark plug socket installing new plugs.

I think I have about 70$ in that intercooler. To buy a comparable intercooler it would cost 400-700 dollars.
