I think they have three judges that rate them after a run.

I've seen that type of event on TV before. I think the Brits call it "autotest". The guy I saw was driving a cut down Mini. The thing looked like a short, lowered, front wheel drive jeep. SCCA used to do something similar called a gymkhana, maybe they still do... Looks like a quick way to powder a 901...
