I wonder how many of us are playing in the garage today due to snow. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I did a small bit of playing in the garage. . . But all my tools are 20 miles away at my shop on the top of a hill (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

It's crazy; on snowy days I can get all but literally 50 yards from my shop since the road it's on steepens in the incline just before my business park. If I loose momentum, I can't make it and there's no place to park since it's an off-ramp from the hwy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) So I turn around and go 20 miles back home. . . (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Oh well, at least we don't get snow often.

I hear ya. I put about 35k on the company car each year right in the middle of Doomas-opalus. I have seen cars in full lockup, faseing the wrong way on the I5 in seattle because someone had to come to a full stop to merge over to 520.

Anyway, there is a 914-svx project on the seattle C/L. anyone here?

I'm in, can make it to anyplace on the eastside, like Issaquah or Kirkland. In winter have a standing tennis apointment I have to make with work guys until 6:30, but that should open up in warmer months.

Hey sanddog, welcome to the madness. I live right on the Renton/Newcastle border, so we're neighbors. Let me know if you need anything.

yesterday, ankle deep. Today, calf deep and drifting... not the fun driving around scaring the crap out of the other drivers drifting, but the blowing snow drifting...
At least I got the trash out....

Took a day longer to get here, but the snow finally hit. About 14" total where I'm at. When I'm not clearing the driveway, I'm in the shop:)

I'll be in Seattle Wed-Fri next week. Wife sold her Volvo and is sending me to pick up a Land Rover. Anyone up for a beer Wednesday night? Could do Thursday too, but I'll be stuck near Factoria that night.

If you're able to make it up to the Lynnwood area there is a killer hole in the wall brewery called Big E Brewery. I'm up for that on Wednesday (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif)

It's a whopping 11 miles from where I'm picking up the truck. Even in Seattle traffic, I think I can make it. What time's good for you?
