So After hitting a few bumps on my current project I want to make sure that I double check everything before I hit the road.
I know a lot of us snow belt guys are getting ready to get our cars back on the raod after some winter projects and figure this can help everyone. So here is a small start. Check Ball joint and tie-rod boots for tears Check brake hoses for swelling and cracking Check air pressure in your tires Check to make sure that the CV joint bolts are all tight!!!!! Retorque all bolts that you can since there might be things that are loose that were not part of your winter project. What other things should be checked? |
