Will it be of any use to put stabilizer in gas that has been in the car for 9 months or so?
Thanks |

Huh, I did this 2 weeks ago... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif)
Cept mine was 2 years old and probably had too much conditioner/stabilizer. I started having hesitations/bogging, hard starts, etc... point is... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) I took advantage of the situation and drained the tank, removed it to clean it out, inspected the suroundings, replaced the fuel lines and clamps, easy stuff to do alone in 1 day + (insert your favorite poison), (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beer.gif) And I have to say what a difference it made !!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ar15.gif) and I didn't even find anything horrable (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) Its realy a good thing to do on an old anyways, lots of members are reporting good results. I recommend it. Good luck with it +Karma (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beer.gif) |
