It is very possible and easy for that reset cable to be missing. It comes off way too easy on mine.

My speedo was positioned at a 45 degree angle by the PO (tach angled also, 6k is at highnoon).

I reached way up behind and around where it "might" be at that angle, but found nothing.

If anyone has one they could live without, I'd sure like to have one
