It was shutting down *all* the time without warning.

I opened it up, vacuumed it all out and no more problems.

it was overheating, i guess.
i put a new modem in there, too.

getting dial-up speeds at twice the speed of normal.

Oh, and the clubsite is back up too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)
