Took the car in to paint the trunks and fix the hell hole at a shop in Sherwood, OR. Car ran fine to the shop but went to pick it up today and it was a no go. Sounded like the fuel pump wasn't turning on.... car was turning over fine but not starting. The fuel pump relay is fairly new (a few months old). I jingled it around and reinserted it but still nothing. Was wondering if a fellow member much more knowledgable then me is able to come with me to the shop to get it running (or else I have to call the tow). The shop unplugged the brain and took out the battery while making the repairs. Also shot black paint in the fuel tank area (may have loosed a wire somewhere). If anyone is interested in helping, please, please send me a pm. A 12-pack of your choice or a few cigars (Craig). Aloha, Vince |
