A bill in the statehouse would let them take your project car away, with no allowances made for collectible status or anything. I guess there's no more important issues that face us in this crap-ass state. Politicians are clueless, pandering vote-mongers and really should all be hanged.

My city just passed an ordinance that does the same thing. All cars must be drivable, and have current license tag and insurance, ot they are taken. I have a spare 914 parts car that I had to put under a back deck to"hide it".
