went over to EASY today, they had 3 new 914s that came in in the last few days, a '70 green car that had been sitting outside for quite some time, but still got some good parts on it, a silver '73 that was in an accident, the body was in good condition otherwise, had original paint and all.
and then a blue '75 (originally yellow) that looks like a really nice shell. straight body, even got the original battery tray with just a tad of surface rust ... they started stripping it, but it's still a roller at this point. would be a shame to see this one crushed. paint is crappy but body looks very nice and rust free ... just a heads up, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Andy |
