i need the measurement from the center line of the 2 lower, inner bolt holes on the muffler mounting flanges.

If this is what you are looking for, I just measured my 1.8 and got 25.25". that's measured with a regular tape with the Bursch muffler installed so that could be off by 1/4 inch or so.
