A few more steps completed on my way to final paint!
I stripped the underside to bare metal, primed with metal etch and then used a product from U-pol for undercoating. It's actually a urethane based bedliner material and has a little sound deadening quality to it. Best part is I think it will outlast fossil fuels before it ever rusts again! Here's a couple pics of the undercoating process:   |
