I had 200 lb springs with Koni red shocks and the ride was just too stiff (IMG:style_emoticons/default/alfred.gif) . I always ran the shocks full soft and did try moving the adjustments around as well. I bought a set of 165 lb springs and they make a big difference. This is only a street car and the softer setup is to my liking. I did have to fabricate a higher spring plate perch to get the ride hight I wanted. Its a huge improvement, now I have to look at the front maybe a softer shock with a set of coil overs ?
