Converting the door into a Dutch door.
Supposedly to help get a breeze through the house and help to keep an eye on the kids when they're playing out back. But we all know it's so I can stare at my 914 all night long! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v520/bak535/Picture150.jpg) |

I like that, my grandma had one on her kitchen door, I'm doing one on the side of my garage. One of many projects. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I love those. My grandparents had one in their old home and yes it does help keep things cool and let that air flow during summer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif)

I like it, very useful. So why are they called Dutch doors? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Yours should be called a German door. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

nice! My boyhood home has one on the backdoor of the kitchen. Many summer nights spent with that baby open and the breeze rolling in. Ah the memories.... |
