See attached picture. The O-ring on the speedo drive is, I'm assuming, a standard O-ring. It's kinda hard, doesn't leave much of a dent when I press on it with my fingernail. In the seal package there's an O-ring and it looks like it'll fit. Anyone got experience with this? Is the speedo O-ring replaced by the one in the seal kit? I just would really hate to try cutting into the hard speedo one just to find out OOOPS!
