Here is a shot of my new 70 914. It has a 75 2.0L,
side shift trans, factory sway bars, koni's, and 19mm master clyinder. Once belong to Brad Mayuer (explains the modes) I have had this car for 2 months and love it. Also a pic of my new 2003 Dakota Quad cab. Only had this for a week. - Garold Attached image(s) |

Nice looking car !!! You'll need something with good gas mileage unless the Dakota trucks have gotten better in that respect (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think the wood on wood looks good, I would change the shift knob to a wood one, the really nice one's on ebay, but thats about it as far a a stock interior goes, maybe a fire extenguisher. Nice looking car! The parts hauler aint to bad either!

QUOTE realy like the wood wheel (beautiful car). very old school and unique. is 3 stickers going to be enough? To start with, yes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif) One for the 914, The Dakota, and the wifes car. Thanks for the comments. The pics are better than the car really looks. Some dents, its been repainted a VW orange over the signal orange, needs a little TLC but over all a very exellent driver. Maybe next year I will get it painted the correct color. -Garold |
